Oohhh. The common thing that drives teenagers insane: family issues. I've been tbhere. Actually, I should say that I am there.
Parents put a lot of expectations on their kids, huh? I get how you don't want to dissappoint your mom. Hopefully in time your mom will learn to accept you for who you are. Also, if you're trying your best don't eve be dissapointed in yourself. I'm not sure if this will help but try to talk to your mom and tell her that you love her, but you're not perfect, sometimes you mess up but you always do your best. I'm not sure how understanding your mom is or what she's even like but hopefully she'll at least try to understand.
Hormones. Complete waste of God's time making them. All they do is drive teenagers crazy. Um, hmmm. I think the best way that I cope with hormones when I'm feeling hormoney is by just getting some time to myself. Close the door to your room, lock it if you have one (unless you're not allowed to), turn on some music and/or read a book. Just chillax. Even doing your hw in a quite enviroment can help calm you down. And sleep works like a charm, but most people I know don't take naps so...I'm not sure if that's a good suggestion or not.
If you're a sports person, maybe going on a jog or kicking the ball around for some time will help relieve stress. Getting a breath of fresh air always helps the brain. I'm not very sporty so that's all I got.
Talk to some close friends. Complain. Whine get it all out. Sometimes teeangers just need to act like 3 year olds for a couple of seconds. Wreck your room to get some anger out (not toobad though)
G2G will finish tomorow.
