Well it actually makes tons of sense. They buy whatever you wanted for Christmas, they hide it someplace, and then when you're sleeping they creep out and put the presents under the Christmas tree. 
That is the stupidest thing i've ever heard.

The idea of some fat dude with a stylish beard who goes round every house in the world in 1 night (taking into consideration the time zones) giving people preasents with his magical reindeer & elves, is much more believable than your parents getting preasents and putting it under the tree and writing

I Never believed in Santa in #####################! We went downtown and my Brothers and on his # lap,he said what would you like for Christmas my oldest brother whispered his,my younger brother was thinking.Santa said you want a bike! He's like how did you know? I am Santa!
