I think the first step is probably getting those thoughts out of your mind. When you get in trouble don't immediately start thinking you're useless and don't deserve to live, but think of a way to solve it. Try to calm yourself by doing some breathing exercises, or counting to 10. It's also a good idea to talk with someone you trust. Usually most problems have start. I think something in your life has caused you to think terrible things about yourself, so try to solve that. Good luck smile
