That's probably due to the way you're behaving. You need to stop taking so much notice of the bad things in your life and take notice of all the good things instead. I'm sure you are loved and wanted, you have a family, don't you?
Getting stressed easily is common, and that's unfortunate. There's not much you can do other than try to resolve what's stressing you out or find out ways to calm yourself down.
