well it all has to do with the element of suprise when you want to tickle yourself your brain simply knows your going to tickle yourself therefore your brain already has the information your going to tickle yourself and you knew you where going to tickle yourself so it's impossible to tickle yourself but when someone else does it thats a different story. when someone else tickles you your not expecting it and then when you get tickled the element of shock and suprise comes in and that is what makes you laugh and that my friend is why you can't tickle yourself

because it's an automatic reflux and you can't control it and even if you actually could sneeze with your eyes open your eye balls wouldn't pop out and it helps to keep germs out of your eyes that's why hope i helped
