okay this might make me sound like im nuts but i did some research and it has been proved that when ur touching the ground or something ur actually levetating so colse to what ur touching you can feel it but ur not touching it

One. I did not understand what you said in your first post.
Two. I don't know what your teacher's qualifications are, but that is a ridiculous statement. One cannot be levitating from a surface that they are touching. If you so wish, I can scientifically prove so.
I may not be a Harvard graduate, but I'm of an equivalent level to my Physics, Chemistry, and Biology teachers, who happen to have masters or doctors degrees in their field.

So, I will say that it is impossible for someone to levitate in such a way that you have described.
