YOU'RE WEARING WOMEN'S UNDERWEAR!!!! And the judge was, so he didn't want to let people know it was true, by sentencing him 4 years, but he can't sentence him 6 years, because I think there's a law about it or something.

Even if he was, he could still say true. =P He would have to. Thus he has to say it anyways. But you're on the right track for why he let him go... He didn't want to contradict himself.
Maybe he said.... "You did it!" and it was true.... did I get it now?
