I just went to see the new Die Hard movie last Saturday. I wanted to see something different really, but it was my friend's birthday and there was a group of us, so we had to go see something that 'appealed' to everyone. Personally, I didn't like it. The whole movie was essentially, "Okay, let's blow up some stuff, and crack jokes that aren't even that funny. Then, let's defy all sorts of logic and stray in a completely different path from the original Die Hard." The people I was watching it with though seemed to like it, but these are the sorts of people that like Michael Bay's movies just for the explosions etc. .-.
