It is quite hard to be noticed in Chat, but if you just say 'Hi, can I chat with someone', or something like that, it should work. :3

Maby you should just say something about your highlight of your day or if you want something simple like "Hey,Whats up?".

Say a simple comment, like; "Hi everyone, how are all of you going?"

- Direct questions to all of the chat, i.e. 'how is everybody'.
- Ask for someone to talk to you i.e. 'Press 123 to chat!'
- Take any chatting options. You'll probably see a lot of people saying stuff like 'press 123 to chat', and you'll see a lot of people just saying hello, just say hey back and start a conversation.
