White Bengal Tiger

Deep blue eyes
a pink nose too
a tender white bengal
tiger
Stuck in a zoo
His head on his paw
with eyes that glow
Homesickness
is what he shows

A lust to run and play
to roll free
to be the wild feline
he was born
to be

It's decent. Not accurate. My Bengal I had as a kid acted like a house cat. It hated going outdoors.

You had a bengal tiger as a kid?
I am talking about the wild ones in Siberia, and btw, my cats just love going out and not staying indoors all day!...it all depends on the personality of the feline.

The poem basically emphasizes the need to protect the tiger and not let it go into extinction and have it locked up only in zoos.
