So here's a story, take it or leave it or write your own but here is mine:

Once upon a time there was a family of elves.  They lived inside a library. These elves were not bad or mean, but they were mischievous.  When the librarian was not around they would pull out the books, and dog ear the pages, and mess up her coveted Dewy Decimal system.  But you have to understand that though there are many nice librarians out there, I once had one who would sit on the school roof and read during our lunch hour simply to entertain us, this particular librarian was not one of them. She was the type of librarian who would scowl at children who only checked out fictitious stories and never educational books. When a library partition returned a book late, she would grumble every time they checked out a new book.  And though their battle may have been misguided and short lasting, these elves did the best they could to give this librarian what she had coming to her. Dog eared pages and untidy shelves.
The End

Hey, if you're reading this you should most definitely write a story here. C'mon. Do it. I don't want to be alone!

Once upon a time there was a young boy named Stanley. Stanley had been deprived of dessert one too many times, and decided to set off on his own.  So Stanley packed his red wagon and took off into the wide-wide-world-also-known-as-the-forest-behind-his-house.  He met many characters along the way, a rambunctious frog who tagged along, a shy bird with a nervous tick, and a motherly rabbit who taught him many life lessons in a southern drawl.  And though he had to fight some evil mole guy and his rodent cohorts, Stanley returned home to his worried mother and father. A little wiser, a lot happier, and with a mild poison oak rash.
The End.
