Lost Ribbon.
Started this poem last nite, hope y'all like it :3
Lost Ribbon.
Hanging from her golden curls
As she played throughout the day,
But the heavy showers of frosty rain
Made it simply wash away.
The little girl searched the streets
Oblivious to the fact,
That it had fallen into the mud
Barely staying intact.
As people began to tread over it
It moved across the ground,
It found it’s way into the river
Where surely it couldn’t be found.
But the little girl kept her hope
And searched high and low,
She walked along the river bank
That had been laced with snow.
As the rain came and went
It drifted along the river,
The air suddenly went colder
And the little girl started to shiver.
But the little girl was determined
So kept looking for it and then,
The little girl who looked for the ribbon
Was never seen again.
Then many years later
When the girl’s mom opened the door,
She found a small red ribbon
The little girl was looking for.

Your welcome. Oh, and if you want to read my poems I have a post on here called My Collection of Poems and Songs where I post all of them, but they aren't as good as yours, and much shorter. Oh, and I put up the first two chapters of my story Not Safe if you still wanted to read that.
