(The events in this poem are fiction but could happen) They hate me. They hate me. Thats what goes through my head. But why? What did I do? They hit me, hurt me, slap me, hit me, crush my soul. Why? I cry everynight for something to eat. But instead, I get beat. Why? Why? is all that I think. All I want a little sunshine and joy in this dark world. I can't take it. I just can't.I fall and keep falling. My stomach rumbles. You could see my ribs. I fall and go to sleep, in my dreams, the only place safe. I am mistreated. I am abused. I am gone

People who abuse animals and humans make me sick, honestly. Why should anyone be mistreated in any way? I understand if they do something beyond wild, but sometimes people just abuse children and animals.  Everyone can't be perfect because we are one-of-akind, unique we are. No one should ever feel that they are worthless and unwanted. We all have had our days.. Be unique and true 2 urself
