(The storm in the story is really referring to Hurricane Sandy, by the way. It takes place in New Jersey. Just so you know ;3) Chapter 1 The last thing I remember is the world crumbling around me. Then, it all went black. Now, I see before me the aftermath. Fallen trees, broken down houses, soaked rollers, cracked earth. Horrible, just horrible. I slowly got up, then let out a whine. "What happened when I was out?" I wondered aloud. My fur was wet. "A flood, possibly?Or a hurricane?" I added. (Will write more in a few min.)
