ive come up with ths idea for this series of books.

theres 8 of them and this is what there about.
(ive only written the first book and this is just a summary)

Book 1.

Theres an advertisement in the newspapaer saying that it want a group of kids to stay in this "haunted house" for the night, if they can survive the night and make it out by morning then they will get a sum of 15,000 pounds each. A group of kids go for it totaly not beliving in its horror stories. Once they hand in thier slips they get a list saing what they can and cannot do.

LIST of RULES.

1. You can ONLY take 3 things each.
2. If you tell a journalist or reporter of your story you will NOT get your sum of money.

Remeber Stay Alert And Stay awake, things do go bump in the night.

The kids read the list and chuckeld and commented on the last bit, by six o'cklock that evening they were ready and armed waiting outside a hotel where they would then be escorted to dark wood manor.

The kids stared up in awe at the great looming building that loomed over them creating a ghastly shadow as the sun set over the horizon. A tall man walks up to them and gives them a sheet of paper.

They loom at the sheet.

"Floor 7."

"I guess that means we're on the top floor one boy says.

They all cram into the lift and try to find the number buttons, but before they get a chance to even take a breaath the lift shoots downward and downwards plummeting at a vast speed. Suddenly it stops, making everyone jolt and joggle, the doors open slowly creaking a little, and one girl named Bailey steps out gazing into the gloom. " Can't she much guys" she says and as she turns the lift doors shut!
Bailey presses the lift call button and pulls at the doors but they would not open!!

The lift trails up to the seventh floor and although the girls and boys push and push at the basement buttun the doors open and the lift doesnt budge untill every person is out of the lift.

The boys go to look for a place to sleep while the girls count the cases and check their supplies they realise one case si missing so they go to look for it, and find the tag of the missing case in the lift burnt and bloodstained, the lift doors shut and whizzes then down the the third floor, the girlls end up finding a staircase and going up and up and up untill they reach a room which has glass wals and doors, they see they boys heading to the lift and try to scream no! but the boys go in, then suddenly figures very much like they bouse dart pass a glass panel the girls scream and run to the lift doors. They see one of their cases in a room where a tv is flickering and one girl runs in but a woman appears on the screen her face distorted and her hand plunges out of the tv her knarled hands reaching out for the girl. she runs of with the others into what seems a dirty bathroom. Suddenly they hear a loud rapping on the door and raspy breathing from behind it......
