I like to think I am a democrat I believe we should have tougher gun laws  and use the Obama's gun plan. Many people do not agree with I am fine with that but the fact that unstable people can get guns is sad stronger gun policy's should be enforced in my option.                                                                                                  thanks equalrights

I don't think that we should have tough gun laws. The second ammendment gives Americans the right to bear arms. Plus, no matter how how many gun laws we have criminals will still obtain illegal weapons. Most gun violence comes from illegally obtained guns  anyways. So tougher gun laws would just leave us defenseless against violent criminals.
