i think the government has every right to not let us own a mini-uzi lol. i also think that people who hunt are over reacting a tad. you can still have the ol' muzzle loader to go shoot up some deer lol

When guns are outlawed only outlaws will have guns. People will still find a way to get guns. Nothing will change.

It's not only hunters who are complaining. Recreational shooters, people who do it for fun or just for the practice of protecting their homes, have a big problem with it. Especially if they've invested a lot of money in guns as it is, it's tough to give up collecting something you enjoy, moreso when it doesn't actually do anything beneficial.

Should never be a ban on guns. You have to think, why did our founding fathers put the right to bear arms in our constitution? Because in England you could be taken of your house, you could be enslaved for saying something wrong. Just saying it even. Or your government in worst case could try to enslave its citizens. So the founding fathers knew we had to have a way to protect ourselves aginst our own military and government. And i mean its not like the gun ban is not gonna help anything. All it'll do is pump money into the black markets. Because people will go straight there for guns. But, i cant say it wont happen.

This Is why I have lost all hope in humanity. If they take away the guns then who's to say that the things that he mentioned in the above comment will happen hmm? No-one but the president, the mayors and the future presidents.  If the ban on guns is won then the killings will go down. Guns are no longer allowed in the U.S and we might just have a better system.

Gun killings will go down. Overall homicide will not change.
