Like Nelly Neal said our family is Liberian and our grandfather was in a war before he came to USA. But our youngest uncle was almost killed in the war. He was basically by himself. He didn't have any of his brothers or sisters or mom or dad to be there with him. When we heard this story we realized that we have a lot to be thankful for, because if any of us children were in Liberia at that time you would have wanted to kill yourself because of the plagues, the shots being fired at your family killing them, and only having one meal a day which was rice and oil. When my dad went back to his home country in 2004 the house where he grew up was burned to ashes because of the war. But in 2006 when he went back the town of brewerville, which my aunts and uncles and dad grew up in, changed in a complete 360. They only problem there is that education is very low because school were burned and shoot at. They also still have problems with getting food and cures for the diseases there. Thank you for reading me and my cousin's family life story, because if you finished this writing we know that you care.
