and i mean I'm talking can't afford to eat type stuff not like the girls at walmart wearing pretty clothes and iPhones with welfare cards and food stamps. do you think that in america we should evaluate who gets welfare? and if they are finically secure and just lazy they should be  on their own?

Yes. If they need it long enough to get back on their feet that's perfectly fine. But if the people are on welfare and aren't trying to get a job, and are just lazy, or they have a job, but are still lazy, then this is a problem.  We have many people here in the USA who are abusing welfare. This is not okay, You should really have to seriously need welfare to have it.

People are very much in need right now and should not be judged because of it... BUT there are people who cheat and they should be caught and dealt with.

I don't really know how we do it here in the US, but in Finland the government makes you apply to various jobs to continue receiving their version of welfare. I'm all for that.

That's how they do it in Australia, to get the dole (payment for when you're not working) you need to prove that you've be applying for jobs (ten a fortnight) and they call those places to check if you're lying.  I have no idea if that's how it works in america either though! lol. There are many other welfare type payments though, and when there is welfare (or "free goverment money", as many see it) there are people who will abuse it, often they will talk about how the government somehow owes them or otherwise justify it, which is silly. (to over-simplify it, they have to lower the payments to have enough for everyone to share, therefore scammers are stealing from those who need it, not from the government.) There needs to be more done to find the scammers, but the gov. depatrments who handle such things do the best they can with the budget they have. All we can do to help is report people if we know or suspect they're scamming some "free gov. money"

Yes. Our economy and our nation is to deep in a state of economic distress to be giving money to a lazy loafer who isn't trying to look for a job.

Of course. It's not fair when people who DON'T want to work get money, while people like us are barely getting by. But yes, the people who are trying to get a job and can't with a lot of kids really, really deserve it..
