I believe that war should be started only when the country or other your going to start war with had some offense it aplied such as captureing and putting your countrymen in jail. or attacking you or a friend  and there is always a peaceful way to sart if they decline your peace offering you may have war. BUT if you just want to get in a buissiness suck as religion dont persecute a country for beleiveing something. I beleive that  a government should not get the privlege of making war it should be chosen by the people
