Hmm, you raise a very good point, considering the fact you're a republican. The republicans in office declined over 400 bills Obama tried too past presidency. They only allowed 17. He has tried too help this economy, but no one is cooperating. My hunch (I have opinions too, and I understand yours may be different) is that most of the Legislative's are racist, and that may have something to do with the 400+ veto's. I agree, if the same thing happens, no one can blame Bush. But it took Clinton selling our jobs too china. Now we're in debt with them. Bush ruined us more..... I'm not even going to go into detail on that. Now that Obama is in office... It took them 8 years too ruin us, and it will take 8 more years (Now 4) too restart what he tried too start. I respect your opinion, and please respect mine.

America is not in debt to china..... it's only Britain and france.... china borrowed money from the U.S in WWll.

Yes. The elections are a large part of the system. We brought in elections to stay away from a tyrannical power such as a King. That was the whole point. >About getting rid of the Electoral College. The Electoral College is stated as a part of the system of receiving a president in our very own constitution. Sure, the constitution is a loose construction, but we still can't abolish it. Besides, our votes count. The Electoral College leans towards the popular vote, and almost always chooses who won over the public.

I would make this all cool and stuff, but I am far too lazy to do so.

I think he/she means THIS YEARS election, like what is even necissary

I do not like bad grammar, and there is a high chance of me correcting you.

If so, it's still needed. The fact that the people chose Obama again is just what they thought would be better for the United States. If nothing changes, they learned a lesson.

I agree with you, I was just saying, since most people were talking about ALL elections in general
