i don't think she is the right person for vice president. the only reason he picked her was to get all the women votes that were going to vote for clinton. i don't think she knows enough.

if that's the only reason he picked her, he's an idiot. she has way better policies than him on everything but foreign policy. it may pick up a few hillary voters, but not te ones that agree with clinton on the issues. ony the dumb ones who were voting because she's a woman, whih isn't only stupid, it actually pulls the feminist cause backwards. did you see the speeches the other night?

Meh, I don't like her personally. A way bit too conservative. Also, while she said she wouldn't, I know she's gonna use her kids to gain popularity. Exploiting her infant son and her pregnant daughter...I feel pretty bad for the father of the 17yr old, now he's really pressured to stay. I would give that guy though a lot of props if he abandoned Palin's daughter.

well, i think sarah palin has good values and stuff...but its not really about that. if she went into office, would she be able to change the economy or fix the problem in the middle east? its going to take more than just "values". but all these speeches the canidates make..will they be able to actually turn those words into actions. actions do speak louder than words. and i don't think she should force her daughter to marry her boyfriend. thats just going to create more scandals.

now to address the hole 17 year old...ok now i think her daughter and the father of the baby both sahould be ashamed and i do think they should stay together but not get married...why feel bad for them? i mean really they made the choice to have sex and to not use protection that is there own fault here and soon to be Vice President Palin is just tryin to look out for her daught and her daughters best interests

you would be glad if a 17 year old abandoned his responsiblity to his girlfriend and unborn child? how is that good? it's half his fault in any case. she's not the one exploiting her kid, it's the media. they're saying Palin's son is her grandson in one sentence, and criticizing her daughter for bing 5 months pregnant in the next. it's not Palin's fault the media is trying to find ay dirt on her they can, and if that means isuting her children, he so be it.

Yeah, I would be glad if the guy ditched Palin's daughter. I mean, all he is required to do by law is pay child support. He's not required to get married or be in the kids life at all. If he's got other plans, alright. Why should he be pressured to stay just because the media is all over this?
And Palin is exploiting her children. You hear almost nothing about John McCain's kids. Heck, I didn't know he had kids until...honestly...two minutes ago when I checked.

that's because his children are grown and out of the house. they're adults with their own lives. her kids are all still fairly young, and still come to all her events. and she's not the one exploiting her kids. that would be the tabloids. they'rethe ones makig up crazy stories about her daughter when seroiusly, how many 17 year olds have children with downs. it's more common in older mothers. yes, he just has to pay child support, and yes, he could leave, but he's not, because it's the right thing to do. if he chooses to, it's his decision, and it's not my (or your) place to say what would be best
