Actualy I think that it is bad/good. I think the peeps that kill another person on and they ment it should have the penatly. Not good when someone is wrongly accused. I vote YES!

I'm totally for it..........NOT. Ya some of you say kill them, give them a tast of their own medicine and others say no the law is being hypocritical.I thought, what if my family members were the culprets,I don't care what happens to them, I thought what if ine of my family members were the victem, I'd say make them suffer. when they die they just end their lives, nothing happens, when their in jail they have to suffer, trust I've been there (by mistake) one day there and you wish you were dead

if someone is wrongly accused, that is usually found out in the trial or one of the numerous appeals. we kill people who kill people to keep other people from killing. if you know you will die if you kill someone, won't you be less likely to do it?

Do you relize how dumb you sounded in the second to last sentence. We kill people who kill people to keep other people from killing. So what your saying is killing is okay as long as the court does it. All that's going to do is make people think that if they kill someone for the "right reasons" than it's okay to kill.

that's exactly what i'm saying. and what do you mean by the "right" reasons? give me an example and please be specific

I don't think there are any right reasons to kill but some may say if the court can do it because they killed than they can do it if they have a really good reasons. I don't agree with this I am saying that is what you are saying or at least the impact it has on some people (not me) sorry for the confusion

but if they know they're just going to be killed by the courts for killing someone, then if it's really a good reason (i.e. revenge for the murder of a family member, friend...) then why not just let the court do it? what other kinds of right reasons would there be for murder?

It depends on the law that was broken.

If it was something like, "Bob Bobberson murdered five people last night.", I would be on the side for the death penalty.

If it's like, "Bob Bobberson robbed a bank, but was caught.", it wouldn't bother me too much.

It depends, for someone like BTK (2001's Jack the Ripper) who just sees someone, stalks them, and murder them, then yes. (BTK got caught and died cause of his warning letters...)
