Hearing Isabelle's cry ring through the forest, Jasper perceived through the trees, his eyes observing every detail as he searched for his friend. Finally, he saw her, waiting. Ignoring the rush of blood he could see in her veins, Jasper leapt at least twelve feet from the sky, from the tall trees, landing perfectly in front of Isabelle. "What is it?" he asked, blinking as a burning pain rose in his throat. He ignored it.

Swallowing, Jasper brushed his hand comfortingly over Isabelle's shoulder. "We'll take you to the hospital", Jasper said quickly, pulling her up to her feet. Jasper looked around him quickly, but nothing was in sight. What was wrong? The question rung through his head. If they were human, the possibilities would be more narrow. But it was hard to put the spotlight on one specific thing when the supernatural existed.

"Your friends invisible?" Jasper joked. In fifteen seconds, he quickly scanned the School, the whole area, but there wasn't another person in sight. "Where do you think they went?" Jasper enquired, slightly confused. He looked at Isabelle. First she was hurting for no reason, then everybody was gone, it seemed strange. Still, Jasper had seen and heard much stranger.
