The bell rang as Hiroshi talked to Daren. "Well..looks like we better get to class unless we wanna be late on our first day!" Hiroshi said.

Daren nodded. "Oh, right," he muttered, taking one last look at the huge bird.

Hiroshi walked into class.. Where should I sit? He thought. He found a seat and sat down. It was next to a girl that he had seen in the hallway.

Daren sat next to Hiroshi, flipping open his notebook again and looking up attentively when the teacher started talking about a group project. But then got distracted again....

Hiroshi payed close attention to the directions. He always payed attention.
Rose only listened and began to doodle in her notebook. She let out a small yawn. This is so boring! She thought.

Daren looked at Hiroshi and the two girls, giving a small smile.

Hiroshi blushed faintly and glanced back at Daren with a nervous look.
Rose sighed. Oh, great. She thought. But then she put a happy look on her face to try and hide her boredom and discontent.
