"I'll be here when you wake up.." I said, and I pulled her close to me, and I stroked her hair gently, letting her breaths even out, and have her go back into her sleep, I Slowly covered her, and I slowly went back to sleep also, it was 7:00 in the morning, might as well sleep more. I closed my eyes, loving this; being close to her...

He was telling the truth... When I opened my eyes, he was right there, holding me warmly in his arms, keeping me safe. I yawned away my tiredness, glancing at the clock... Five in the afternoon? Wow... I rolled onto my back, glancing at him gently. He looked so... Human. It was refreshing.

(I should go now, stupid school... Goodnight!) I slowly opened my eyes, also stealing a glance at the clock.. "Wow.." I said, and isat up. "Five?" I said, and I shook my head slowly. "That's some intense sleeping in.." I said, and chuckled, I looked down at Mika, and I smiled, and I slowly moved strands of hair free from her face. I felt.. More connected to her in a way, we were both human now, after all..

(Haha, goodnight! ) "Well, we were both kind of  up all night long,"I said with a small smile, blushing gently as he moved the hair from my face. I looked down, then back up to his eys, which were brighter, deeper than before. I reached up, running my fingertips over his lips gently,"You look so different..."

I slowly pulled her closer to me, gently by her waist. "Is that a good, or bad thing?" I asked, not too sure what she meant. I looked into her eyes deeply, and smiled, seeing that her cheeks were a shade of pink.

"It's different... Refreshing," I said gently, leaning in and resting my head on his shoulder, closing my eyes, "How are you feeling?"

"Amazing.. And you? Im so sorry I kept you up.." I said softly, and I wrapped my arm around her back, and pulled her to me gently. "I'll make it up to you..." I added.

"Your life is more important to me than a night's sleep," I said softly, taking a deep breath. I knew we weren't meant to be... But... I wanted to be. The closer I was to him, the better I felt.

I slowly moved my head closer, and I looked down at her lips, they looked so nice and kissable. I looked back up , and into her eyes. I smiled slightly. "Thank you.." I whispered. "Can I kiss you?"

"If you want to," I whispered back, looking back up slowly to meet his eyes, my breath slow and soft.
