I smiled and took the roses from him. I then disconnected the bond with the stallion that I had, which was a bit saddening but it honestly didn't bother me much. I mounted the horse that was obviously Leacht.

My eyes flashed open as I saw that Leacht wasn't in his spot that he usually was, which made me frown. Sighing, I looked out the window to see that Ceres was already preparing to leave, which brought a smile to my face.

Leact reared back and neighed. 'Hold on tight.' he thought then took off as fast as he could. As soon as they were a mile away from the house, Leact left his shadow as a horse and sat behind Ceres. "Where to?" he whispered in her ear.

I smiled as Leacht's hot breath tickled my ear, also making the small hairs rise on the small of my neck. "The city of Madera, it's only one hour away from north of here," I told him and I looked up at him, but I looked back down with a blush.

Leacht smiled as he reached in his shadow horse and pulled out a big bag of gold coins. "I brought a hundred bags like this filled with gold coins. If he won't let you go for that price, it'll cost him his life." he said and kissed Ceres's neck. "I intend on saving you today."

I turned around completely to look at Leacht, keeping his arms circled around me. I wrapped my arms around his neck and slowly brought him down to me, kissing his lips gently. I pulled back and stared at him silently. "I guess I have changed quite a bit too."
