Alathea narrowed her eyes at Jasper as she felt his lips plant a kiss on her cheek. She then rolled her eyes and let out an annoyed sigh. "Tomorrow," She simply said as she began pacing away.

I walked down the same path the following night. I had no idea why I was so stuck on the idea of seducing her, she detested me and I could get anyone I wanted. Perhaps it was that

Alathea did the same action as the night before, hiding in the shadows. Her eyes caught the sight of Jasper passing by, and she smiled. "Oh, so you did come back?" She questioned, walking towards him.

"Love?" Alathea questioned and arched her eyebrow, with a hint of a smile on her lips. "Of course I would come, I'm supposed to."

"Sorry, old habits die hard" I replied, refering to my British origins. "And you obviously came because you wanted to see me" I chuckled, sarcasm plauging me voice

"Oh, of course I wanted to see you," Alathea said with sarcasm, though she felt like she did want to see him one more time. She mentally shook her head and looked at Jasper. "Well?"

"Well?" I repeated, absently taking a curled strand of her hair and tucking it gently behind her pale ear, brushing my fingers softly on her face as I dropped my hand

Alathea backed away and took out an arrow, and placed a poisonous arrowhead, and placed it in the bow. "Now, if you could please hold still," She murmured as she pointed the arrow directly at Jasper.
