i really really REALLY want a phone!!
1) i want to communicate with friends and family
2) helpful when im bored
3) i've never txted and it would seems fun
the problem:
i need to convince my mom to buy me one how/ i already have good grades and please dont give me your personal experience about the same problem i have and never give me an answer IDC example;
oh yeah i have that same problem i wish my mom was more understanding

OMG. true story time. ok so you know those breath sprays that people use in the movies before someone is about to kiss someone. well i thought it was perfume they used. and i tried it when i was smaller , AND IT TASTED REALLY BAD

Well what I think you need to show them that you're responsible enough for a phone. I'm not really sure of the situation, but if you're always whining and complaining that ### ##### #### # #####, ###### give off a childish impression. Leave it for a while, do other stuff such as help around the house, study etc to show them how mature you are, and perhaps they'll rethink. Be prepared to wait though. It does take time, the best thing would probably be to ask for it as a christmas/birthday present. Phones can be expensive, so you can't really expect your parents to buy you one as soon as you ask. Hope this helps, and you get your phone!

Well not having a phone is not a big deal.
If you text to much you can hurt your fingers.
Maybe your parents don't think your ready yet.
And phones aren't that cheap unless they are like the wireless ones..

All you can do is try to be more responsible, don't act responsible, you actually have to be responsible. If they don't give you one then oh well, you're not missing out on anything and they'll give you one when they think you're ready.

First: Don't bug your parents about it a lot because that will make them NOT want to consider it
Second: Be responsible as you can be. Take initiative and respect your parents (Not saying that you don't already do so Wink

)
Third: After a few weeks of this talk to your parents when they (and you) are in a good mood: say: "Look, I really want a cell phone and maybe you could consider buying me one, please," and wait and see of their answer. Don't yell, don't sass, don't say EVERYONE ELSE HAS ONE or YOUR SO UNFAIR because it makes you sound immature

2) Computers are helpful when you're bored
3) You can do things on the computer that are similar to texting
