The song stops and Bella is still staring at the boy who tried to upstage her. they are staring and staring when suddenly the teacher says
"Lovely! you are now ready to be in the riff off! Well done! OH well done!"

Bella Put her head down silently and walked out with her friends, still silent.

Damien Sighs and laughs at how stupid they all looked dancing to the song...Except for that girl who slipped away to sit on a wooden box
"Don't blame her" He mumble to himself, walking out.

Bella walks out for lunch, clutching her book. It was the riff off after school. Bella wasn't excited. She wanted to know the name of the treble maker who she dance with at Music. She wondered how she could win in the riff off.


*A riff off is when two groups of acapella singers singing songs of a particular subject, and at any point in the song the other team can cut in with a different song.
