Ms.Turnpower listened to the stampede of kids running down the hall to Magic. She took out here papers and lesson plans, getting ready for her 1st period class. The whole class was loud and noisy, and spitballs were already everywhere. "I don't get paid enough for this." she thought, as she sat and started class."Okay class..."
Zumi High
Thalia sat down and did hand motions creating water. She put her hands together and the water stopped. Thalia put her hands on the desk and suddenly vines and roots started to grow. She smiled at the outcome and took her hands off of the desk. The vines were all gone and the desk was restored to it's original place.
A ball of fire appeared in John's hand as he focused his energy.The ball of fire suddenly flared uncontrollably and he quickly set it down on the desk. He stood still and held his hands out as wind came out, but it still kept on flaring. Thalia turned around and saw the huge fire. "JOHN!!!" Thalia screamed as she created a ball of water. She washed the fire and sighed of relief.

Ms. T heard water from upstairs. She tried not to get distracted from teaching, but she thought someone might've flooded the school, that happens every year at Zumi High. Then she heard a crackling noise, like fire, but it quickly went out, just as quick as it came. "What's going on up there?" she asked herself. The students must've noticed her uneasiness =, because the class started whispering to each other. " Be quiet." said Ms. T,"class is still in session,'k?"

ChoDai ran into magic class late, she took a seat near the back hopefully the teacher wouldn't notice her. She looked around the class room and seen Thalia and John. At least she had some friends in this class, hopefully they'd be in some other classes of hers too.
There wasn't half as many kids in writing class as there were in the other classes. Mr. Kadokowa looked at older students that had been here for two years, they knew not to talk in his class. "You know the rules, so I'm not going to tell you them." He grabbed a few papers from his desk "I'm going to give you a little test to see how your writing skills are...so I know where to start teaching you." some of the kids groaned as he passed out the papers.
"This mortal form has become weak, I need subsistence" - Thor 
"I've always heard well that's life or that's back luck, oh it's too much or I'll do it tomorrow. I've listened to that kind of mealy mouthed comments so many times. I always knew that the people saying those things would never actually do anything about it anyway." Kazuma Torisuna

"What is wrong with you?!" Thalia yelled at her brother. "Hey, at least I'm not growing mushrooms on desks!!!" John snapped. "Better, than blowing up the whole school!" Thalia sassed back. She turned around and saw ChoDai. "Oh hi ChoDai!" Thalia smiled as she approached her.

"Hi Thalia!" ChoDai smiled at her friend "I'm so glad we have class together" the blonde was being very truthful she always hated being the loner in class but her shyness was just to hard for her to get over when it came to talking to new people.

Miss D yelled loudly"Class focus! I wont you all to come up one at a time and demonstrate your power. Not you two!"She pointed at th girl and boy who had just had the fire incident.
James was reading under his desk and ignoring the Magic teacher
Carduus was laughing at the guy who set his desk on fire"Moron"she mutered

Thalia rolled her eyes at the teacher's comment and sat down to the desk nearby ChoDai, then opened up her notebook and continued witht the story she was writing. John sat in the back so nobody could see him.
