There is nothing in it. I had a laptop and two MP3 Players by the age of 10. By the way, I am writing this from an iPad and I'm just 14. smile

It depends if they are responsible enough to look after it, I mean i've never heard anything about them damaging your health. My little sister is 7 and shes got my old MP3, so I think its ok.

i think it is totally fine i have an ipod and a computer and a phone and im 10 but really it depends on the responsibility.

My little sister is 6 right now, and she has an iPod touch. She got it becaus she is in love with listening to music--not for the games xP I think that if they had one, they'd have to be responsible with it.
