I believe there is a difference between Anime and Cartoons. Anime- -Realistic -When A person dies, they don't come back -They Japanese made it -Turned into Mangas -More detailed Cartoons- -When people die, they come back in the next episode -Less Realistic -America or other countries made it -Turned into regular books -Less detailed

Son Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, Picollo, Krillin, T'en Shin Han, Master Roshi, Bulma, Trunks, 17,  keeps on dying and keeps on coming back, and that's one series. When Maude Flanders from the Simpsons died, she stayed dead, and that's an epsodic series.

They are, to a degree. . . But it's mostly just the difference in the art. And it seems like they get away with more in animes. Not all animes and cartoons are as you described them. In Excel Saga. Excel died around 7 times in the first episode alone.

Agreed. Take Spongebob and Bleach as an example. Bleach is not for children and has a very different animation style. Spongebob is for children and you can watch any episode and get it - you can't do that with Bleach.

um actually all of that is not necessarily true!! the mangas are turned into anime, not the other way round! japanese people make cartoons as well you know! not just anime! and america can make anime so what if they do? and it depends on the series in cartoons!! sometimes they don't come back you know...... and a lot of times in anime people do come back!!! you can't state a fact about an entire category like that really.
