He made a man to take care of it. God told him he could eat any of the fruit, except from the one tree. Just one tree mind you! He could have it all, but that one! God made a woman to keep Adam company. Remember what God told Adam? Sly and sneakily, the snake, aka the serpent, dragon, devil, satan, came to them and talked to Eve, the woman. (Adam was with her) Told her to go ahead and eat from that tree. It would not make her die. So, what happened then?........Sin entered, because of Adam's disobedience. With that sin, disease came along so that death would soon follow. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
