Groovie Goolies Main Characters
Frankie - A tall, goofy Frankenstein-like dude.
Wolfie - A rockin' werewolf.
Mummy - A loveable guy who's a bit wrapped up in himself. Drac - A vampire who owns Horrible Hall, a rooming house that all the monsters live in.
Hagatha - A witch who is Drac's wife.
Batzo and Ratzo - These green-skinned look-alikes are troublemakers.
Bonapart - This boney dude may be the skeleton of Napoleon Bonaparte.
Dr. Jekyll-Hyde -This two headed creature has a real split personality.
Bella La Ghostly - The drac-lady.
Groovie Goolies - Fun Facts
The Groovie Goolies originally aired way back in 1970!
The show was designed to be a a monster version of the Archie show - based on the Archie Comic books.
The show originally aired as Sabrina and the Groovie Goolies and featured the original Sabrina the Teenage Witch who was from Archie Comics.
Both Alice Cooper and Rob Zombie have said that they were inspired by the Groovie Goolies.
