Robo Croc

Mar 20, 2009

A crocodile whose skull was crushed by a car had its face rebuilt by plastic surgeons in the U.S.

The medical team at Miami's Metro Zoo fixed the croc's face by bolting four steel plates to its skull using a grand total of 41 screws!

The doctors that worked on the reptile say the operation was a big success. Now the three-meter-long crocodile can open its mouth properly for the first time since it was found by the roadside after being run over.
