1Dear Gary,
I would like to know how to get Neville's Remembrall back from Draco.

Dear Draco,
To get the Remembrall back in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone you have to hop on your Nimbus 2000 and chase down Draco Malfoy! When you get close to him, hit X to whack him and make him lose some life. Once you run him down to nothing he'll give it back. Watch out for bludgers though. He throws them at you and, unless you dodge them, they hurt. Good luck, Neville's counting on you!

1Dear Gary,
When I want to play the Harry Potter PC game it gives me the message "Assertion Failed: Bitmap.LoadFile(Filename)[File:....." Please get the answer to me as soon as possible.

Dear Ace,
Your error with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone is a technical problem and there's not much I can do.

Your best bet is to get in touch with the store you bought it from and ask them about the error. Either that or contact EA (the people who made the game) and ask them for some help. Here's a link to the EA help page with links about Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone problems as well as email help and a tech support chat. They'll be able to fix it for you.

1Dear Gary,
Could you tell me how to beat Voldemort in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, step by step from the beginning to the end? Thanks.

Dear Musicman,
Ok dude, here are a few hints to beat him:

  • To start with - collapse the pillars on him with Charged Flipendo shots. Keep this up until he's at half-life. Don't get too close to him and whenever he says "Die Potter" start hitting the square button to escape.
  • Next - dodge his green beams (they'll blast you hard.) Charge the Mirror of Erised with a Charged Flipendo then use another Charged Flipendo to blast Voldemort. After four hits he'll be toast.
  • To finish him off keep on hitting Square until the words "Hurt Quirrel" appear - then press X. A few of these will finish him off.

    1Dear Gary,
I can't find boomslang skin in Harry Potter & the Philosopher's Stone on the Gameboy Color. Please tell me where it is - I can't find it in Snape's office.

    Dear Al,
To get it you have to go into Snape's office and search the painting of the snake. But - it's hard to find the boomslang skin because Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone has a glitch. You have to find the skin before any other items or it won't be in Snape's office. If that happens, you can try to find it by searching outside in strange looking bushes and trees.
