Endless Ocean: Blue World :: Wii Game Review

Aug 27, 2020

Call it Nintendo Wii’s second scuba-diving simulator, but we think Endless Ocean: Blue World is much, much more than that. It’s a sea-life-spotting adventure that’s set in spectacular – not to mention WET – locations around the world – all easily explored using your Wii Remote!

Ocean

Swimming, Swimming

In Endless Ocean: Blue World, your goal is to travel – underwater – to various places and locations in bodies of water around the world. On the way, you’ll see some pretty amazing stuff, including majestic whales, colorful schools of fish, brilliant coral, green turtles and glittering manta rays.

Bigger & Better Blue

Endless Ocean: Blue World sends you swimming from Arctic to Antarctic waters, down to shipwrecks and, from time to time, back up to land. The tools you get to take with you include a camera, pen and a zapper gun that can heal sick fish and calm angry sea creatures. You can also dive with various characters in this game, as well as train and swim with several dolphin pals, and you’re given the chance to change and upgrade your home-base island and decorate a coral reef with items you collect from the sea. Plus, you can play with or without the game’s optional Aquarium Simulator, which lets you worry about visitor attendance, exhibit variety and income.

Gorgeous Graphics

We have to say, the graphics in Endless Ocean: Blue World are amazing – especially underwater! As you’re swimming, be sure to check out the kelp forests, jellyfish, killer whales and penguins!

So what are you waiting for? Dive right into Endless Ocean: Blue World - the water’s fine!
