Midnight Madness
Kurt is sick and tired of Rachel acting like a diva. So he challenges her to a midnight madness sing off, where they both sing the same song and the audience decides who sang it best. Rachel's confidence was already wavering going into the sing off because Kurt admitted that he threw the first competition that Rachel ever won back in high school. At midnight madness, they each sang a song from Les Miserables. It was the closest vote in midnight madness history, but ultimately Kurt won. Afterwards, Rachel became discouraged.
Diva Competition
Meanwhile, back at McKinley, Finn wants to pump up the Glee Club's competitiveness. So, with the help of Ms. Pillsbury, he challenges them to a diva competition. All the girls, along with Unique and Blaine, perform a song to prove that they are the most divalicious.
The Job Offer
Santana returns with a fake girlfriend to show the Glee Club how to be a true diva. While there, she tells Sam to stay away from Brittany. Clearly, she has unresolved feelings for her. Santana meets with Coach Sylvester, who offers her a job coaching the Cheerios.
Obsessed
Tina is still obsessed with Blaine. She brings him a homemade medical kit to help him get over a cold. Blaine invites Tina over to help her choose the perfect diva song. And just as Blaine passes out, Tina professes her love to Blaine. She knows that Blaine is gay, yet she won't quit. At school, she performs a song that wins her the diva competition.
The Unexpected Kiss
Meanwhile, Finn is helping Ms. Pillsbury with her wedding preparations while Mr. Schuester is away. She has a breakdown over which flower arrangement to choose and to calm her down, Finn kisses her! Then, realizing what he's done, he hightails it out of her office.
