After 39 days of physical exhaustion, heat, little food and bug eating, it's finally time for the finale of Survivor 5 Thailand. Chauy Jai is down to Brian Heidik, Clay Jordan, Helen Glover and Jan Gentry - one of them will walk away with the million.

Every Survivor Finale has a pointless segment where the remaining tribe members make some sort of craft to remember those who were voted out. This time 'round they make floating krathongs to release into the water.

At this stage in the game, there are no Reward Challenges and Immunity is more important than ever. This Immunity Challenge is an obstacle course that combines elements of past challenges like balance, puzzle solving, retrieving objects and of course, eating something disgusting. It looks as though Clay Jordan will win until he gets stuck on the puzzle and Brian flies by him and eats a huge, boiled tarantula to score Immunity. At Tribal Council, stunned and angry, Helen Glover makes the walk of shame with two knives in her back, after being assured by Clay and Brian that Jan would be the one voted out.

The second Immunity Challenge is a test of strength and stamina that involves standing in a Thai stance (called a Kahn,) with coins between their fingers on both hands. The last person standing with the most coins in their hands, wins. Brian gets in a zone right away, while Clay and Jan struggle almost immediately. Jan gives up first followed quickly by Clay. Brian wins Immunity again! At Tribal Council, Brian picks Clay for the final two and sends smiley, crazy Jan packing.

Who Should Have Won? Brian Heidik or Clay Jordan? Vote!

The most exciting and eventful Tribal Council yet finds Brian and Clay in the hot seats with some hardcore grilling from the jury. Brian, the used car-salesman, definitely made some enemies along the way and has to defend himself against Helen, Ken, Erin and Ted who make some major digs at him. It's no cakewalk for Clay either, who didn't have very many fans on the jury. In the end, Brian comes up big again and wins the title of Sole Survivor - and the million dollars!
