  • December 3 - Hottie actor Brendan Fraser turned 34 and everybody's fave TV dad, Ozzy Osbourne, turned 54.
  • December 4 - Holly Marie Combs, who plays Piper Halliwell on Charmed turned 29.
  • December 17 - Sean Patrick Thomas, who starred in Save the Last Dance with Julie Stiles, turned 32.
  • December 18 - Christina Dirrty Aguilera turned 22. Katie Holmes from Dawson's Creek turned 24 and Brad Pitt turned 39.
  • December 19 - Another charming witch, Alyssa Milano, turned 30 and actor Jake Gyllenhall turned 22.
  • December 23 - The star of the upcoming flick Kangaroo Jack, Estella Warren, turned 24.
  • December 24 - Latin pop singer Ricky Martin turned 31.
  • December 26 - Actor Jared Leto turned 31.
  • December 31 - Boston Public's newest teach, Joe McIntyre, turned 30.

    Couples

    Brittany Murphy and Ashton Kutcher, who are about to star as a married couple in the flick Just Married, have announced they are a couple in real life.

    Also in celebrity couples news, Russell Crowe is engaged to longtime girlfriend Danielle Spencer. Russell proposed at a restaurant, after getting permission from Danielle's dad. No official word on when the wedding will happen.

    Celebrities who have died

    Deaths

    Glenn Quinn formerly Mark on Roseanne and Doyle on Angel, died of an apparent drug overdose. Glenn was only 32 years old.

    Awards Announced

    The Golden Globe nominations were announced. The awards are given out by the Foreign Press Association for everything from TV to movies. This year some of the nominees include Eminem for Best Original Song (Lose Yourself, 8 Mile,) Debra Messing (Grace from Will and Grace) for Best Performance by an Actress in a Musical or Comedy and Leonardo DiCaprio for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture, Drama for his job in Catch Me If You Can.
