New TV Shows and Movies on Netflix - May 2019

Another month, another batch of movies and shows make their appearance on Netflix. Just when you think you can view them all, more arrive.

Here are our top picks for what to watch, and read on for the full slate of what’s new on the streaming site in May.

Malibu Rescue (5/13)

This cute kids and family movie about aspiring junior lifeguards on the beaches of SoCal looks like the perfect warm up to summer!

"Terrace House: Tokyo 2019-2020" (May TBD)

One of our favorite reality franchises is back!

 

"Nailed It": Season 3 (5/17)

If you love baking and trying really hard but falling short of your goals… this is the show for you! Hosted by Nicole Byer, Nailed It! is a real treat.

"Riverdale": Season 3 (5/23)

Our favorite teens are back on Netflix after season three aired on the CW. Catch up with Archie, Veronica, Betty, Jughead and the gang.

Chasing Liberty (5/1)

An oldie but goodie about the daughter of the US President who ditches her secret service team for some fun in Europe. Starring Mandy Moore!

The Last Summer (5/3)

KJ Apa (Archie from "Riverdale") and Maia Mitchell star in this teen movie about the last summer before college.
