Sammy Sosa - Before dancing around the baseball diamond, the Cubs' outfielder likes to blast some high-decibel salsa music in the clubhouse. The homerun hitter says salsa music keeps him loose and keeps his mind focused.

Lebron James - For Lebron's hoops hype, the star of the Cleveland Cavaliers cranks up the tunes of Jay-Z.

Jerome Bettis - The running back for the Pittsburgh Steelers puts Tupac's "Me Against The World" in the stereo for his pre-game hype session. Accoring to Jerome, "When I go out on a field, that's my mindset. Its his magic on the soccer field, teenage soccer star, Freddy Adu gets hyped for games by blasting 50 Cent and Eminem in his Discman.

Michael Phelps - The fastest swimmer on the planet follows a strict routine when it comes to the tunes that pump him up. "I ALWAYS listen to DMX. The song is called "Party up," says Phelps. He listened to it before breaking his first world record and it's been in his stereo ever since.

Sebastian Telfair - The rookie guard for the Portland Trailblazers loads Kanye West, Jay-Z and Eminem into his stereo before stepping onto the basketball court.

Danny Kass - The me against the world out there."
