He's chillin' in a pineapple at the bottom of the sea, but when a slice of cheese goes missing, or a maniac tries to take over a town, he's the hero for the job! The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie video game sticks you in SpongeBob's square pants, or in Patrick's shorts, as the heroes of the movie and you get to control the goofy pair and save the day against Plankton!

The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie Game - Wicked or Weak?

It's a basic video game with lots of enemy-bashing, platform-jumping and item collecting. The good news is, it's a blast! It's almost exactly like the movie and feels just as fun as actually hangin' out with the spongy dude. The controls can get a bit wonky, but it's still a wickedly fun game.

SpongeBob SquarePants Movie Game Thumbs Up:

  • SpongeBob-Fu your way past bad guys!
  • Play as SpongeBob SquarePants or Patrick Starfish.
  • The driving levels are wicked.
  • SpongeBob SquarePants Movie Game Thumbs Down:

    • The controls are a bit loose.
    • Some puzzles are really hard!

    The Incredibles Video Game Review

Play as the cool superhero family from the awesome The Incredibles movie!
    Courtesy of THQ

The incredible super powers of the super-powered computer-animated heroes from the awesome The Incredibles movie are yours to control in this action-packed video game. You can play through levels with each of the characters - putting the smackdown on evil as Mr. Incredible, solving wacky puzzles as Elastigirl, sneakin' your invisible way past bad guys as Violet or doin' the Mach 5 superspeed thing with Dash.

How Incredible is The Incredibles Video Game?

It's incredibly solid. Nothing in it is gonna wow you, but it has a lot of variety to the levels, different characters to play and it gives you a chance to put that Syndrome twerp in his place by yourself. The problem is, it's way too short. If you rent it over a weekend you'll have time to finish it, clean your room, do the dishes, and still finish your homework.

    The Incredibles Thumbs Up:
    • Different kinds of super powers to play with.
    • Each character has totally different levels.
    • Solving puzzles as Elastigirl is wicked - go supermom!

    The Incredibles Thumbs Down:

  • It doesn't have the "WOW" factor of the movie.
  • You can finish it pretty quickly.
