Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition: PS2 and Xbox Game Review

Dec 27, 2006

Dig the racing scene? How cool would it be to have a game that let you pull the craziest moves in the hottest vehicles ever? That's what Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition is all about! Does it have the style to make it work or is it a smokin' pile of wreckage? Here's the scoop with our video game review!

Racin' Basics with Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition

The first thing this video game does is take all the "real car" limitations and kicks them out the door. It's a game and it's here to have fun. That means crazy speeds, special power moves for each car, tons of ways to juice up your ride with extra parts, and more. One you get your ride all styled up the way you like it, you can test your skills in different race modes, just chill and go for a casual drive around one of three cities or hop online and challenge a stranger from the far side of the world!

Slam on the Brakes!

Even with all the crazy fun of Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition, there are problems. The biggest issue is all the race tracks - until you get familiar with the tracks you'll end up confused about halfway through. If you have mad skills, you probably won't eat a stop sign or anything, but you'll still end up losing the race unless you cruise the track a few times first.

The Final Stretch With Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition

Midnight Club 3 DUB Edition is fast, easy, racing fun that you can take online with the PS2 and Xbox. It's great for peeps who want to put the pedal to the metal without worrying about high-tech vehicle junk.
