Noah is your average kid who struggles with school and is more interested in playing video games than studying for a science test. But when he and his imaginative little sis, Emma, discover a box of mystical toys at their vacation house, things in both Noah and Emma brains start to click. The toys are mostly strange-looking rocks and crystals, except for the stuffed rabbit that Emma finds named Mimzy. Within days of finding the toys, Noah and Emma realize that they've been sent for a reason. Emma and Mimzy form a friendship and she learns that she has been sent by scientists from the future to bring back untainted DNA to help cure humans before they die from their polluted world.
