When I was a Freshman - Shawn Marion (pg. 2)

Dec 04, 2007

Simon: What was your favorite class?
Shawn Marion: Math.

Simon: And your least favorite class?
Shawn Marion: Least? English?

Simon: Describe the friends you had as a freshman.
Shawn Marion: My circle was always kind of small, four or five guys. We were cool, we kept to ourselves. We did our own thing.

Simon: Were you a ladies man?
Shawn Marion: Always. I've always been a ladies man. But at the same time, I wasn't always blessed. I'm very blessed to be where I am now.

Simon: Did you get nervous asking girls out?
Shawn Marion: Uh, it took me a little awhile to get courage. I didn't really get courage until I got a little older. That's some kind of trick with some men, takes a little while to get their confidence. I'm very confident now, I'll ask anybody out, it don't matter. There are only two things they can say - yes or no.

Simon: Do you remember who your crush was?
Shawn Marion: Uh, nah not really.

Simon: Did seniors pick on you?
Shawn Marion: No.

Simon: When was the last time you broke out your yearbook?
Shawn Marion: I broke it out last year I think.
