1Lots of hot artists will be performing to keep the show interesting. You can expect bon-bon shaker Ricky Martin to sing his hit song Loaded, Creed will perform Higher and Mystikal will Stutter. Other performances include LeAnn Rimes with Can't Fight the Moonlight from the movie Coyote Ugly.

1Lots of big names will be presenting and attending even if they aren't performing. Presenters include Macy Gray (let's hope she leaves her bathrobe at home), LL Cool J, Joe and Aaliyah. *NSYNC, Kate Hudson and two of Charlie's Angels, Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore will be attending.

1The artists who recieved the most nominations are Eminem, *NSYNC and Destiny's Child. Eminem will go head to head against *NSYNC for Favorite CD. Destiny's Child is nominated four times including Favorite Pop Group.

1Other Nominees this year include:Christina, Toni Braxton, Faith Hill, Britney and Madonna who are all competing for Favorite Female Artist. The guys competing for the Favorite Male Artist Award are Dr. Dre, Eminem, Ricky Martin, Kid Rock and Sting. The struggle for Favorite Pop Group is between 98 Degrees, Backstreet Boys, Savage Garden, Destiny's Child and of course *NSYNC.
