Kid's WB has a new way for you to get your daily dose of wacky fun and it's called Coconut Fred's Fruit Salad Island! It's a goofy cartoon about an island full of talkin' fruit, from country bumpkin bananas to Fred a coconut with magic powers. Sound weird enough yet? Coconut Fred's Fruit Salad Island - Main Characters

  • Coconut Fred - Fred's a crazy coconut with a million ideas and more energy than your lil' bro on a sugar high. But, he has magical powers and anything he thinks of comes to life and causes mayhem for the rest of the island!
  • Bingo Cherry - This scaredy-cherry is one of Fred's friends, even though his weird powers freak her right out.
  • Slip and Slide O'Peel - These two country bumpkin bananas have all the brains of a bucket of sand, but they're masters of the wedgie!
  • Bunga Berry - He's a strawberry, he's a dog, he's a straw-dog-berry-thing! Bunga Berry dresses like Tarzan and loves chewin' on stuff.
  • Lemon Wedge - This poor sailor is shipwrecked on Fruit Salad Island, talks to the wooden masthead on his boat and, worst of all, is nicknamed "Wedgie"!

  • Slurpy - Mwa-ha-ha! This evil vampire fruit bat wants to sink his fangs into the juicy island folks.
  • Butchy - The island's bad apple is rotten to the core and threatens to whomp anybody who dares to have fun.
  • Mr. Greenrind - This giant watermelon organizes events and makes up rules that he thinks everyone should follow. Ha!
  • Melanie Greenrind - Mr. Greenrind's niece digs rules even more than her uncle and loves making others follow them.

  • Fred loves saying "Yay me!"
  • The voice of the snarlin'-growlin' Bunga Berry is the same voice actor as InuYasha's Sesshomaru and Megatron from Transformers!
