Who’s Batgirl, Nintendo Rides and New Assassin’s Creed

May 07, 2015

In video game news this week, we learned that Batgirl will be playable in the upcoming game Batman: Arkham Knight and which Batgirl she actually is. Nintendo fans are going to be able to experience their favorite characters at Universal theme parks and we’re getting the name of the new Assassin’s Creed! Check it out below.

Batgirl Is Playable in Arkham Knight DLC

Hope you’ve been saving your pennies, because playing as Batgirl is now an option in Batman: Arkham Knight. You’re just going to have to shell out a lot of money for the DLC. The downloadable content is going to cost you 2/3 the price of the game itself. That said, Batgirl looks pretty amazing. We also just learned which Batgirl this actually is. Arkham Knight director Sefton Hill explains on Twitter: "As a few of you have asked about the DLC, 'who is Batgirl?' I can confirm it is indeed Barbara Gordon.”

The Next Assassin’s Creed Name to Be Announced Next Week

The next title in the Assassin’s Creed game series is getting a name. Ubisoft will officially announce the next Assassin’s Creed on Tuesday, May 12, according to the game company. All we know so far is that the game is set in Victorian London and we’ll get to use a grabbling hook. Let’s just hope it doesn’t have as many glitches as Assassin’s Creed: Unity did. They were certainly funny to look at, but gameplay was definitely affected.
